Well, dessert is something value-addition to our meal 😂. Such simple but most loved dessert would be Rasmalai. Nothing is better than the Rasmalai


Preparation: - Procedure of Rasmalai is too simple. Majorly required ingredients are: -


1. Milk

2. Lemon

3. Sugar

4. Cardamom (Elaichi)




  • Make the cottage cheese (Paneer) by squeezing lemon juice in boiling milk. 
  • Let it be cool, once done takeout paneer & wash it with water and dry it completely it.
  • Mash it for 5-6 minutes to make a smooth dough.
  • Now, make small balls of paneer dough & flatten them. 
  • Simultaneously, boil the milk in pan & add required sugar in it.
  • Add those paneer balls in boiling milk & let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • After cooking, once it is cooled then add cardamom and saffron for garnishing & enhancing its taste.


Tip- Rasmalai tastes best when served chilled & one can add Pistachios on it.
