3)What precautions we can take over the viral infection.?

  • In monsoon people usually have milk tea, crunchy Pakodas & Samosa. But these are made by reused oil which leads to severe diseases. Also, immunity tends to slow down your metabolism, hence affecting your nutrition and immunity. So, avoid eating such unhealthy food at street site. Instead, you can cook it at your home with fresh oil.
  • Avoid cold Beverages containing carbonate which results in lowering enzyme activity and weak digestive system. So, whenever you feel urge for cold drink, just reach out for a glass of lemon water.
  • Pani puri, chaat or any other street food might comfort your taste buds, but these dishes are certainly not the right choice during monsoons considering hygiene and pandemic surrounding us.
